DONATE YOUR INSTRUMENT
To make a donation please fill out the form below to the best of your abilities. As a donor, TFK will notify you in your preferred form of contact when your instrument has been matched to a child in need, so you can choose a Donation Day. From there, the donor will be able to drop-off their instrument on the monthly donate days at specified locations. For more information on Donate days please look at the bottom of the home page.
Contributions on behalf of Tunes For Kidz should be made payable to the Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville, and are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

Here at TFK, we try our best to match children with the instrument they have requested! Please fill out the form below and we will take in your request and eligibility and you will be contacted as soon as an instrument is present!
Before continuing please understand how the process works:

After the form is filled out below, you will then be sent a confirmation email

Then TFK will be monitoring any donations that come in. When a donation comes in that meets the child's needs, then the legal guardian will be contacted.

From there the requester will be contacted to choose an Instrument day to pick up the instrument. For more information on Instrument Days, please look back at the bottom of the home page!
